Bend Real Estate Market Update – 2020 Recap
By July 2020, the median sales price for a single family residence (SFR) in Bend spiked to $529,000 and finished at a high of $560,000 in October before dropping to $540,000 in December. This is nearly a 25% increase in home values in just over one quarter.
