Awbrey Park is a beautiful neighborhood located on the northeastern slope of Awbrey Butte in NW Bend. It is one of the newest subdivisions on the butte, with most homes built in 2004 or newer. Many of the homesites offer breathtaking views of the Cascade Mountain Range and the city lights of Bend. Sawyer Uplands Park is located adjacent to Awbrey Park along the Deschutes River Canyon. The park features a playground and drinking fountain and the river trail is accessible here and can be followed all the way to downtown Bend.

Awbrey Park has architectural design guidelines and CCR’s to ensure high standards of design and construction.
