Sorry for the delay in posting these stats. It has been a busy couple of weeks. As I mentioned in a previous blog entry, more people seem to be out looking at real estate. Unfortunately, the statistics don’t show an increase in sales but this is always a slow time of year. Very generally speaking, it seems that less than 10% of homes on the market are selling right now. I think this March and April will be very telling because that’s typically when buyers get spring fever and sales usually start to pick up. If they don’t, it could be an indication that this slump will continue through 2008. View the January Real Estate Sales
